Tammy Townes,Search ConsultantTammy possesses close to fifteen years of experience in recruiting and human resources, with the last ten years of her career focused exclusively on executive recruiting. Prior to joining SSG, Tammy spent ten years with the Diversified Search Companies, where she focused on assignments for physicians and executives within the healthcare industry including integrated delivery systems, managed care organizations, consulting firms and long-term care providers. With a strong emphasis on technology, she has worked with a number of organizations to develop databases designed to assist with succession planning, retention and the recruitment of diversity candidates. Prior to joining Diversified, Tammy handled recruitment, employee relations and compensation administration for a $5 billion diversified service management company.
Tammy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rowan University, a Masters in Counseling from Temple University and an MBA from Eastern University.
