She most recently served as a recruiter for a retained executive search firm specializing in the life sciences sector. Nancy also worked at Heidrick & Struggles, Inc. for six years as a dedicated member of their Life Sciences Practice. Her tenure there also included serving as an Associate Director for the firm’s Philadelphia office. Nancy’s search work in life sciences has encompassed assignments for large pharmaceuticals, mid-sized biotechnology clients, and venture-backed development stage companies. She has recruited for key leadership positions in broad functional areas across Research and Development, Marketing and Sales, and Corporate. Nancy’s background also includes employment with global executive search firm Spencer Stuart, where she recruited in the financial services, marketing and human resources areas. Nancy began her search career at a regional boutique firm specializing in retained physician search.
