A veteran executive search practitioner within the Life Sciences industry, Nancy has recruited senior leaders to global pharmaceuticals, mid-sized biotechnology clients and venture-backed development stage companies in the biotechnology and medical device fields. Her functional expertise encompasses Drug Discovery, Translational Medicine, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Drug Safety, as well as key strategic commercial and corporate roles.

Nancy Kelly has more that 15 years of experience in executive search and extensive knowledge of the life sciences industry. She was previously a key member of the Life Sciences Practice at Heidrick & Struggles as well as Caliber Associates. From 2005 to 2007, Nancy worked as a Senior Consultant at the Salveson Stetson Group. Her early career includes positions at Spencer Stuart and Longshore Simmons. Nancy has a BS and an MBA in Healthcare from LaSalle University.
