Job Title: Director, Service Line Marketing

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Our client, a regional health system, is seeking a Director of Service Line Marketing. Based in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the system has over 7,000 employees and is an integrated health care delivery system that serves residents through an acute care hospital, multiple outpatient clinics, home care services, and a nursing center. The hospital has more than 600 beds and treats more than 100,000 patients each year.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Customer Relationship Management, the Director of Service Line Marketing develops and directs the marketing strategies to increase utilization and revenue of the system’s programs, services and service lines based on organizational business goals and objectives. The Director manages a team of four and is responsible for directing and implementing the system’s brand strategy across the enterprise.

Qualifications Include:

  • BS degree in marketing, business administration or related field.

  • A minimum of five to seven years of experience in directing and managing service line marketing and branding initiatives within a healthcare environment.

  • Brings service line, product line marketing and/or brand management experience. Customer relationship management expertise highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in the positioning of a new brand and new products within established markets and new markets.

  • Experience in directing market research projects and the ability to develop strategy based on research findings and recommendations.

  • Excellent relationship-building abilities with physicians, hospital administrators and all level of employees.
