Bill Donahue, PhD, has achieved a strong reputation with clients in the areas of developing high performance teams and executive leadership.
Bill focuses his energy and passion in developing transformational leaders, groups, and teams in organizations around the world, both for-profit and non-profit. After working with Procter & Gamble and PNC Financial Corp., Bill launched a leadership development practice, and then took that expertise to universities, private equity firms, non-profits, and other organizations seeking accelerated leadership development.
His research and writing focuses on developing transformational teams and leaders, and on group dynamics. He leads a doctoral program at Trinity international University where he teaches courses in team building, leadership development, and group communication.
