Jeff Johnson has more than 20 years of experience consulting and coaching leaders to peak performance and effectiveness. His mission is to help leaders align with organizational strategy, optimize talent capabilities, and accelerate results.
Jeff’s focus is on promoting tangible outcomes that fulfill the strategic intent of the organization. Through assessment, executive coaching and other practices, he partners with executives to take their leadership skills to the next level, an essential element in succession planning and the establishment of a talent pipeline.
Jeff consults with organizations to identify and build leadership competency models, enhance leadership acumen, and make strategic talent investment decisions. He has facilitated 360 feedback and built development plans with leaders throughout Cisco, Hewlett-Packard and other large technology firms. Other clients have included Nike, Toyota, eBay, PayPal, Roche (formerly Genentech), Abbott Laboratories, Steelcase, Alaska Airlines, Providence Health System, AAA and John Muir Health System.
He also served as an organizational effectiveness consultant at Kaiser Permanente and an organizational development consultant at Legacy Health System. He is certified in many leadership assessments, including the Hogan Assessments, LEA 360, Hermann Brain Dominance Indicator, Organizational Systems International 360, Watson-Glaser Critical Reasoning Assessment, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and many more.
Jeff holds an M.A. in psychology from Lewis & Clark College, and both an M.S. in organizational development and a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from Portland State University.
