Senior Director, Talent and Learning

Josette Jean-Francois joins B. Braun Medical, a leader in infusion therapy and pain management, that develops, manufactures and markets innovative medical products and services to the healthcare industry, as Senior Director of Talent and Learning.

Ms. Jean-Francois is a skilled talent and learning leader with diverse industry experience including both for- and non-profit organizations.

Most recently, Ms. Jean-Francois served with Atlantic Health Systems as Director of Talent Management. Prior to this role, she was Director of Organizational Development at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Earlier in her career, Ms. Jean-Francois worked at Coach, Standard and Poor’s, McGraw-Hill, Brown Brother Harriman, JP Morgan Chase and UBS in increasingly responsible leadership development, change management and talent development roles.

Ms. Jean-Francois holds a master’s degree in organization and leadership from Columbia University. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Syracuse University. She also possesses a certificate in organizational and executive coaching from New York University.
