Senior Director, HR Field Leader

SSG partnered with AmeriGas in an executive search to recruit and hire its new Senior Director, Human Resources Field Leader, Ms. K. Kyle Zimmerman. AmeriGas is the nation’s largest retail propane marketer.

Ms. Zimmerman brings nearly 20 years of human resources (HR) experience creating strategic and innovative solutions that add value in organizations by enhancing employee experiences, achieving business results, and leading change in complex and matrixed environments.

Most recently, Ms. Zimmerman served with GXO Logistics, a spin-off of XPO Logistics, as Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas and Asia Pacific. Prior to that, they worked as Senior Director of HR for the US East, Puerto Rico and Canada for XPO Logistics. Earlier in her career, Ms. Zimmerman served with Aramark Corporation and MEI in HR roles.

Ms. Zimmerman earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Religion from Gettysburg College and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Drexel University.
