Vice President, People Solutions

SSG partnered with Convatec in an executive search to find and place its new Vice President of People Solutions, Mary Beth Drake.

Convatec is a global medical products and technologies company.

Ms. Drake brings more than 30 years of experience in establishing business outcome-based strategies and deliverables. In addition, she brings a heavy operational and customer service focus, aligned with business priorities, process improvement, service quality, and agile business development. She is a transformational leader accountable for providing the vision and leadership for HR and finance functional operations.

Most recently, Ms. Drake served as Vice President of Global HR Operations, PMO and Analytics for Syneos Health. Prior to this, Ms. Drake worked with inVentiv Health as Vice President of HR Operations. Earlier in her career, Ms. Drake served with S&P Global for 21 years in increasing responsible finance and HR operations roles.

Ms. Drake obtained her bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Rider University.
