Mitch Summerfield joins Oliver Packaging and Equipment Company, a well-respected bakery equipment designer and manufacturer, as the company’s new president. Mr. Summerfield has been tasked with enhancing Oliver’s strategy that is rooted in solving customer problems and delivering on-time service.

Summerfield previously served as Senior Vice President of Evoqua Water Technologies, where he led sales growth initiatives, strategic restructuring, and process improvement programs to increase company profitability and customer satisfaction scores by 10%+ annually. Across three decades in the water technologies industry, Summerfield developed global growth strategies and responsible capital allocation plans. Under his leadership, Siemens China delivered the largest municipal water project in company history to the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics.

Mr. Summerfield holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Clark University and a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College.
