Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion

Fenimore Fisher joins Aramark Corporation, a global leader in hospitality and professional services, as Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion. Mr. Fisher will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating all enterprise-wide programs and initiatives related to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Mr. Fisher most recently served as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at global law firm, DLA Piper. Here he was responsible for the strategic direction of the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and focused on increased representation and advancement of lawyers underrepresented in the profession across the associate and partner levels.

Earlier, Mr. Fisher served as Vice Provost and Chief Diversity Officer at Johns Hopkins University. In this role, he led diversity and inclusion initiatives for the university and served as the primary steward of the Roadmap on Diversity and Inclusion. Before joining Johns Hopkins, Mr. Fisher worked for the City of New York, leading the design and implementation of strategies to position the city as a global leader in innovative and inclusive workplace practices. Mr. Fisher also served as Vice President of Diversity and Employment Analysis for Walmart.

Mr. Fisher is an Advisory Board Member of the National Multicultural Women’s Conference, an affiliate of Working Mother Media; a past member of the National Leadership Council for the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN); and a past member of the Corporate Advisory Council for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF). He is the recipient of numerous diversity and inclusion awards, including the Collaborative Leadership Interagency Award from the New York City Police Department and the Multicultural Leadership Award from the National Diversity Council.

Mr. Fisher earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University, a Juris Doctorate degree from Ohio Northern University and a labor mediation certification from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
