Celeste Chatman joins FullBloom, an education and behavioral health solutions provider for children and their families, as the company’s new Vice President, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Talent Management where she will lead the implementation and evolution of FullBloom’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) plan. Ms. Chatman most recently served as Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Stride@K12, a learning solutions company, and previously held talent acquisition and diversity roles for both for-profit and non-profit organizations including Tyco, Allergan, Covance, Prudential and the Urban Institute.

Ms. Chatman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Upsala College and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Counseling from Kean University.
