Stephanie Steiff joins AmerisourceBergen, a world leading pharmaceutical supply chain distribution and pharmacy management solutions company, as Vice President of Talent Acquisition.

Ms. Steiff is a global human resources professional with strong expertise in talent acquisition and talent management gained while serving in both pharmaceutical and financial services organizations. She brings more than 20 years of experience in initiating and delivering sustained results and effective change. Ms. Steiff is skilled in strategizing and leading cross-functional and functional teams to bring about fundamental change and improvement in strategy and process.

Most recently, Ms. Steiff served with Bristol Myers Squibb as Head of Talent for Major Markets and Intercontinental. Prior to Bristol Myers Squib, she worked with Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, Raymond James and AIG in increasingly responsible global talent acquisition roles.

Ms. Steiff holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix.
