Vice President, Total Rewards

Liesbeth Roberts joins Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a leading financial services firm, as Vice President of Total Rewards.

Ms. Roberts is an accomplished global total rewards leader with more than 20 years of progressive experience in both multinational complex organizations and start-ups. She brings solid expertise to all aspects of total rewards strategy and execution.

Most recently, Ms. Roberts served as Senior Director of Total Rewards for Optimizely, a leading digital experience platform. Prior, she worked with SAP Americas as Total Rewards Director for Variable Compensation. Earlier in her career, Ms. Roberts held positions with SunGard Availability Services and IBM. Ms. Roberts holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Artevelde University of Ghent in Belgium.
