Director, People Bus. Part. - Tech Ops

SSG partnered with BioMarin Pharmaceutical, Inc. on an executive search to recruit its new Director, People Business Partner – Technical Operations, Jimena Castilla .

BioMarin Pharmaceutical, Inc is a global biotechnology company dedicated to transforming lives through genetic discovery.

Ms. Castilla possesses nearly 12 years of human resources experience. Her expertise includes supporting and advising client groups in life sciences manufacturing, bioproduction, and global supply chain to align the people and talent strategy with the growth objectives of the organization.

Most recently, Ms. Castilla was the Human Resources Director for Thermo Fisher Scientific. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, Ms. Castilla was a Human Resources Manager for Dunlop Manufacturing. Earlier in her career, Ms. Castilla held several human resources roles at DHL Global Mail and the Wyndham Hotel Group.

Ms. Castilla received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the Robert Morris University – Illinois.
