SSG partnered with Ricoh USA in an executive search to find and place its new Vice President of Services Sales, Cindy Jordan-Ford.

Ms. Jordan-Ford brings over 25 years of experience in IT sales and service leadership to the role. She is an experienced senior executive and corporate officer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology, managed services, outsourcing industries, and telecommunications. She’s a strong operations and marketing professional skilled in business and strategy development and execution, P&L, and organizational development.
Most recently, Ms. Jordan-Ford served as Vice President and Global Head of Sales for Conduent, a business process outsourcing leader. Prior to this, she was with Aptum Technologies in global general management roles. Earlier in her career, Ms. Jordan-Ford held sales and general management positions with Xerox, Sprint, AT&T, Savvis (CenturyLink), and Virtustream.
Ms. Jordan-Ford obtained her bachelor’s degree in business management from National Louis University in Chicago.
