Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Peter Greco joins Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a publicly held global biopharmaceutical company, as Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

Mr. Greco is an experienced global talent professional who has worked with pharmaceutical and medical device companies throughout his career. He serves as an employee advocate, key business partner and change agent with a record of accomplishments in talent leadership and transformation.

Most recently, Mr. Greco served with Sanofi as Senior Director of Talent. Prior to joining Sanofi, he worked with BD as a global recruiting and technology leader. He brings expertise in talent acquisition, talent acquisition operations and technology on several continents, including North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Mr. Greco holds a master’s degree in industrial/organization psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a bachelor’s degree from Felician University.
