SSG partnered with Hakluyt, a global strategic advisory firm, on an executive search to hire their new Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Tracy Hampton Fraser.
Ms. Hampton Fraser is an executive leader with proven success in designing and implementing talent strategies and attracting diverse talent pipelines. She brings nearly 25 years of talent strategy, management, and acquisition experience gained primarily in the financial services industry.
Most recently, Ms. Hampton Fraser served as Senior Vice President/Head of Private Wealth Management Talent Strategy and Acquisition with Alliance Bernstein. Throughout her nearly 20-year tenure with Alliance Bernstein, Ms. Hampton Fraser held numerous sales positions of increasing scope and responsibility before transitioning into talent strategy and acquisition. Earlier in her career, Ms. Hampton Fraser worked with Deutsche Bank and PR firms Publicis and the Havas Group.
Ms. Hampton Frazer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
