Senior Vice President, HR

Christina Santiago has joined the W. Atlee Burpee Company, a respected privately held seed and plant producer and merchant, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

Ms. Santiago, a human resources leader with multi-industry experience, brings more than 15 years of leadership and operational expertise. She has successfully built high-performing teams and enhanced company effectiveness. Ms. Santiago’s expertise spans various industries including retail, manufacturing, healthcare and marketing.

Most recently, Ms. Santiago served as Vice President of Human Resources with the Foodware Group. Prior to this role, she worked as Director of Human Resources for Blinds To Go. Earlier in her career, Ms. Santago worked with NYU Langone Health and NYC Health + Hospitals in human resources and learning positions.

Ms. Santiago obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in organizational leadership and her Master of Science degree in HR management, both from Thomas Edison State University.
