Her background includes a significant tenure as an HR Business Partner, where she has been instrumental in fostering a culture of urgency, innovation and inclusivity. Her proficiency in leading high-performing teams is marked by her adept use of technology and analytics to develop comprehensive talent strategies.

Before her current role, Ms. Simmers excelled as an Executive Director of Human Resources and Global Talent Acquisition Business Partners at Bristol Myers Squibb. Her impressive track record includes pivotal positions at Celgene Corporation, Axovant Sciences and Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where her responsibilities expanded in scope and significance.
