Vice President - Director of DE&I

Erika Whyte joins Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a leading financial services firm, as Vice President – Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Ms. Whyte is an accomplished Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer capable of delivering solutions to meet business objectives. She brings solid expertise in cultivating relationships, strategic planning, change and performance management with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusive business development. Ms. Whyte possesses extensive experience in highly regulated and transformative corporate environments.

Most recently, Ms. Whyte served as the AVP for Enterprise Diversity and Inclusion at Lincoln Financial Group, a Fortune 500 financial services company. Prior, she spent six years with JP Morgan Chase. Earlier in her career, Ms. Whyte held positions with BNY Mellon and PNC.

Ms. Whyte holds a BA degree from Temple University and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
