Salveson Stetson Group, a multi-specialty retained executive search firm, announced today that it has been named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms for the fourth consecutive year. This year, the firm was ranked 19th among the top 200 firms that place executives in positions with at least $100,000 in annual pay.
The rankings are based on data from an online survey of 26,500 recruiters and 5,400 job candidates and human resources managers who have worked with recruitment agencies over the last three years. During the survey, participants were asked to nominate up to 10 executive search firms, not including their own, and the previous year’s findings were considered. Firms with the most recommendations ranked the highest.
“We are honored to be recognized as one of the top twenty search firms nationally by Forbes” said Sally Stetson, Co-founder and Principal of Salveson Stetson Group. “The fact that we have risen in the rankings for four consecutive years is a testament to the dedication with which our team members serve our clients.”
Forbes worked with analytics firm Statista to conduct research for the rankings. Through the online survey, Statista collected a total of 17,000 recommendations.
“We see providing a superior candidate and client experience to everyone we touch in a search as being a clear differentiator for SSG,” said John Salveson, Co-founder and Principal of Salveson Stetson Group. ”The quality of our placements speaks for itself, but it’s wonderful to receive this recognition by Forbes, given its reliance on objective data gathered from our competitors and clients.”
