Chief Medical Officer

Christine Guico-Pabia joins Nabriva Therapeutics, a publicly traded, commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company, as Chief Medical Officer.

Dr. Guico-Pabia is a dynamic physician executive with diverse healthcare management/medical affairs experience in pharmaceutical, managed care, public health, and medical delivery environments. She brings a track record of effectively developing/launching innovative pharmaceutical, medical informatics, and managed care products. Dr. Guico-Pabia is known for her ability to recognize global opportunities, grasp major business drivers, develop talent, build high performance teams, and align resources and processes for success. She has a broad portfolio management background with particular expertise in Neuroscience and Women’s Health.

In her earlier career, Dr. Guico-Pabia worked in senior medical affairs roles with Wyeth/Pfizer, Merck and McKesson Health Solutions. She has also consulted with several pharmaceutical companies, filling various medical and clinical roles for her clients.

Dr. Guico-Pabia earned her medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas. She also has an MBA in Healthcare Administration earned at Temple University and a Master’s in Public Health from John Hopkins University.
