Salveson Stetson Group, a multi-specialty retained executive search firm, announced today that it has been named to Forbes’ annual America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms list for the third consecutive year. This year, the firm was ranked 21st among the top 200 firms that place executives in positions with at least $100,000 in annual pay.
The rankings are based on data from an online survey of 25,000 recruiters and 5,000 job candidates and human resources managers who have worked with recruitment agencies over the last three years. During the survey, participants were asked to nominate up to 10 executive search firms, not including their own, and the previous year’s findings were considered. Firms with the most recommendations ranked the highest.
“For our team to be recognized for the third year in a row is an absolute honor,” said Sally Stetson, Co-founder and Principal of Salveson Stetson Group. “I am so proud of their dedication to our clients, working tirelessly to ensure qualified candidates are placed in positions where they will excel.”
Forbes worked with analytics firm Statista to conduct research for the rankings. Through the online survey, Statista collected a total of 17,000 recommendations.
“We are among great company on Forbes’ 2019 list of top executive search firms,” said John Salveson, Co-founder and Principal of Salveson Stetson Group. “Given these rankings are gleaned from our competitors’ and clients’ feedback, we take great pride in this recognition.
